We will meet via Facetime or Zoom for one hour to discuss your concerns. We will develop a plan. Likely the plan may include lab orders which I will send to your inside the PHR to your email. Then we will discuss follow up. If you have had labs within the last 6 months I will gladly review those and discuss with you.
